Its July!! Once again its the season of cookouts, outdoor movies, ice cream cones and sunsets on the beach. To be honest, last year my friends and I didn’t finish everything on the 2015 summer bucket list, but I figure that’s okay because we can pick up right where we left off. So here’s this year’s list of summer shenanigans we’re hoping to get done:
Moving is never easy, especially in New York City. The amount of chaos here is on a whole different level. Even finding an apartment takes skills that I’m convinced only real New Yorkers even know exist (If you’ve ever tried to find housing here you already know exactly what I’m talking about!) Blaring horns, howling sirens, and flashing lights. People pushing past me as they scrambled to catch their train. The peddlers on the street trying to sell things that no one actually needs… I stood there on the sidewalk staring at it like only a true tourist would. It wasn’t that I had never seen it before.
